      Merhaba, çalıştığım işyerinde 40 Mbit  İnternet bağlantısı mevcuttur. Normal hız limitlemelerini yapabiliyorum. Benim istediğim 40 Mbit bağlantı full kullanılmaya başlandığında otomatik kişi başı 10 Mbit kullanıma düşürecek. 40 Mbit kullanılmadığı zaman limit devre dışı olacak ama bunu yönetici müdahalesi olmadan otomatik gerçekleştirecek sistem.
