Testing Needed: Mail reports package

I committed a nearly-complete update for the mail reports package converted to Bootstrap, it will at least allow creating and running existing reports, adding items, etc. The main thing that does not work yet is deleting items from a report. Will work on it more in the coming days and post an all-clear, but for now it's better than the unconverted broken version.

Fixes have been pushed for the remaining issues, once the new version shows up on the package server (2.4.1_1) it will be ready for general testing.

Awesome I am about to start testing 2.3 and mailreport is one of the most important packages for me. Thanks for this & look forward to testing!
