When I upgrade to lastest version or someone version, the Dynamic DNS Auto changed user account name and password.  often the account name changed to admin.

The only change made near there was changing the password field to need confirmation and hiding the actual contents of the password in the GUI. The stored password would not have been changed, but you might see more or less "dots" in the field due to the hiding of the actual password. The username wouldn't be touched, but your browser may be auto-filling it.

I have several DynDNS entries of different types and they are all OK. If something happened to yours, it isn't likely a general problem.

You can step back through your config history and checks diffs to see when it changed.

Sounds like a poorly behaved password manager filling in your admin user/pass when you edited the entry.
