Pfsense on VMWARE workstation 11

I am having an issue getting internet to work on my virtual environment. I installed pfsense as a virtual machine as well as Windows server 2008. I followed step from "HOW TO" installation . Here are my settings for my pfsense:
WAN- EM0- 192.168.1.20/24 setup in Bridged Mode
LAN- LE0- 192.168.8.20/24 added additional NIC to VMNET 8 and disabled DHCP because I want to setup my Server to handle DHCP

I am able to connect to PFSENSE on WINDOWS SERVER 2008 via IP 192.168.8.20.

The following is the network settings on server 2008:
IPV4: 192.168.8.5
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.8.1

DNS: 192.168.8.5

But I can't get out to the internet from my server 2008. I want to create a virtual environment and I plan on adding 2 more servers and 3 client machines.

Any help would be appreciated. Happy holidays

Well your pfsense is "LAN- LE0- 192.168.8.20" What is this gateway 8.1 your pointing too?
