Is it possible to filter by a variable hostname which would begin with a constant name?

I would like to filter android & iphones to less bandwidth. The androids hostnames are "android-xxxxxxx" where the x's vary per device.

The only way I know how to do this is to create a static IP mapping to specific devices through your DHCP configuration. You can then create an alias using that IP to use in your firewall rules.

Yes, I know how to do that. I suppose, I'll have to get the WiFi working again & just put a bandwidth control on that.

Side note: had the wifi working, then reconfigured into a boot-up loop. So I'll have to dedicate some downtime off hours to reconfigure
