My nanoBSD system still has files like:
      /usr/local/www/diag_logs.php

as well as having the new:
      /usr/local/www/status_logs.php

      /usr/local/www/diag_logs.php appears in https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/blob/master/src/etc/pfSense.obsoletedfiles

Is the obsoleted files cleanup not done (correctly) on nanoBSD upgrade? - it would have to happen on the "new" slice somehow/somewhere after the duplicate slice process occurred.

        Good catch, fixed.

In the past, nanobsd upgrade process was a full images that was dd'd to secondary partition, so obsoleted files list didn't need to be processed. Now with pkg upgrade works like the full installation, on a chroot, then it needs to be considered.

        Thanks!

Yeh, I noticed it when I was using grep to search the code for some strings and found matches in php code that no longer existed in master.

I just did an upgrade from the web interface. All went smoothly and files like diags_logs*.php system_firmware.php are now gone on the new slice - works nicely.
