      Hi,
I have been messing around with the OpenVPN stuff, and I notice that if I create a Site 2 Site Pre Shared Key configuration; then use the 'shared key export' the generated config .ovpn file has the pull option specified.

now when I import this generated config into a windows OpenVPN client it fails to connect.

      in the log it says:

Options error: Parameter –pull can only be specified in TLS-mode, i.e. where --tls-server or --tls-client is also specified.
      Use --help for more information.

And if I remove the pull option then all is well and the windows client connects.

      My question is this.
What is causing the pull option to be populated into the client config? Am I doing something wrong, or is this an issue with the client generator?

      Thanks

      Paul
