      Hi,

I got this issue since a while now and did a fresh install yesterday. To make sure I don't import anything which might cause this I re-installed without a backup.

      The issue

Sometimes the RTT of my remote gateways is around 0.4 ms. Where it should be ~30ms

If I check the RD Graph setting:

If you ping the remote GW you see its actually still ~30 ms

Any Idea what causes this and how to fix it ? I would like to see the accurate RTT all the time.

Probably correlates with a near saturation of your bandwidth(download/upload).

That's Apinger behaviour and a well-known featuristic. From pfSense 2.3 on, there is Dpinger.

If I want to use Cron to restart apinger once every day. What's the commandline for the restart ?

Never Mind google helped me :)
