2.3 beta - Diagnostics > Smart Monitor cannot choose view logs of self test

hi,

i've come accross a small issue in webconfig under diagnostic > Smart Monitor tools section. All the checkboxes work except the one under view log. The error checkbox works fine, but selecting the self-test checkbox doesn't work. Selecting it leaves both checkboxes selected, and then if you click on the view button only logs for erros are displayed.
