      2.3-BETA (amd64)
built on Tue Feb 02 17:03:47 CST 2016
      FreeBSD 10.3-PRERELEASE

This is just a verbiage change. Under [SystemAdvancedFirewall and NAT]

      [Disable Auto-added VPN rules]
Note: This disables automatically added rules for IPsec, PPTP.

      [Disable Firewall Scrub]
Disables the PF scrubbing option which can sometimes interfere with NFS and PPTP traffic.

      PPTP needs to be removed.

That was in reference to PPTP clients through NAT, so it wasn't obsoleted, but I haven't seen that be a problem in a number of years so leaving it removed.
