      This happened to me recently and I had a tough time figuring out what it was.

      I created a certificate for our pfSense with a pass phrase and loaded it into the Cert Manager then switched the WebGUI to use it.

      Well, the WebGUI didn't work after that and it took me a while to figure it out and fix it.

      Hope this helps someone.

            Probably but I've only installed few certs.
            I'd never been prompted for a PEM pass before and didn't understand the ramifications.

            Besides, posting the obvious may lead to fewer newbies bugging you about it.
