Problem with pushing routes

Hi,

I have a openvpn working good in my office. All my sites are connected to my main. Here's the config:

In main i have 3 servers configs with the ipv4 remote network sites

Local network for sites:
10.36.2.0/24 (site 1)
10.36.3.0/24 (site 2)
10.36.4.0/24 (site 3)

tunel network:
172.16.16.0/30
172.16.16.4/30
172.16.16.8/30

I have one client in each site with the same tunel network from his server and with the remote ipv4 10.36.1.0/24 ( main )

My problem is : I need communication between the sites and searching here in the forum , I saw that I needed to add routes to the server.

Then i did on site 1:
push "route 10.36.3.0 255.255.255.0";
push "route 10.36.4.0 255.255.255.0";

But it not work. Whats i did wrong?
