Openvpn performance issue

hi all,
i need to know if there is any tool to check openvpn performance issue as i have 4mb line dedicated for VPN access
and i have one client connected to it to use rdp connection but the speed is so slow i use "openvpn"
if there is a way to test this issue or log to see

just run a speedtest though it with iperf
