In pfSense, I've noticed broadcast traffic on port 10001 (e.g. 255.255.255.255:10001), and upnp traffic (239.255.255.250:1900) are blocked by the default deny rule.

As I understand it, when hosts on vlan10 send out a broadcast, it will reach all hosts on vlan10, same for multicast traffic. My question is, will allowing this traffic in pfSense pass the traffic to other vlans/interfaces?
