Issue with wetransfer.com

I am facing issue with www.wetransfer.com, page does not load properly. I have read faq at this site and put this site in exception list but same issue. Please suggest.

i am using Squid non transparent proxy with wpad , i have no issue with that site , it would be better if u explain how u setup squid also pic of the error

I am using transparent proxy with SSL in between. site is not loading properly.

try moving to non transparent proxy , or add that site to bypass proxy , i also had similar issues when i was initially using transparent proxy with SSL , but didnt faced any issue once i moved to non traansparent proxy with wpad (dhcp & DNS) (u need to configure proxy manually in mobile phones)

I understand wpad configuration, but I have already put this site in exception list as per the direction from wetransfer.cm, but still the same issue.
I can't switch to non transparent proxy due to certain reasons.
