I have blank page on Lightsquid report page aftter pfsense 2.3 update. I´ve tried uninstall lightsquid troubleshooting procedures https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Lightsquid_Troubleshooting but nothing, lightparser.pl shows lib error.

      /usr/local/bin/perl5 /usr/local/www/lightsquid/lightparser.pl
Shared object "libperl.so.5.20" not found, required by "perl5"

            Solved. Uninstall sqduiGuard, squid, lightsquid.
            pkg install -f perl5
Reinstall squid + squidGuard + Lightsquid.

I too had this problem, in my case, I found /usr/local/libexec/lightsquid/ip2name.* non executable. chmod +x /usr/local/libexec/lightsquid/ip2name.* and force the update and everything is normal. I realize this doesn't help OP, but hope it may help someone else who looks at this thread.
