    Squid stopped working after upgrading to 2.3

      hi I'm running into a problem

      my squid3 install on 2.2.6 worked without any issues however after I upgraded from 2.2.6 to 2.3 I am unable to use squid

      squid service starts however whenever I try to browse I find myself unable to and its in transparent mode can anyone help

        I'm right now in the same situation

        Upgraded to 2.3 the squid, and squidguard STOPPED, and try to stasrt manually, running for few second and STOPPED again

          I fixed !!

          Just for the record :

          
cd /var/squid
chown -R squid cache/

          Now it seems to work flawlessly

            are you able to whitelist any url for a specific ip in the new pf2.3
