Anyone use the "URL Table" alias field for HUGE numbers of IPs? Like 500,000+?

When creating a firewall alias, you can use the field "URL Table" for large numbers of IPs:

Enter a single URL containing a large number of IPs and/or Subnets. After saving pfSense will download the URL and create a table file containing these addresses. This will work with large numbers of addresses (30,000+) or small numbers.

However, I was curious if anyone has any experience putting a massive list in this field?  Like 500,000+?

I'd suggest to use the pfBlockerNG package as it can de-duplicate and aggregate the IPs. I think however, that ~250k caused some issues in packet fence aliastables. That might be resolved, as haven't tested that lately.
