Buttons on right side of firewall rules page missing in 2.3?

I have noticed a bug..

On the Firewall -> Rules page i can see the buttons on the right side as i enter the page, but if i switch to another interface they disappear.

Is this being corrected in 2.3.1?

Not a known issue. You have a scroll bar at the bottom there to scroll to the right?

Are these the buttons your talking about?  They are there for every interface of mine..

Weird.. i could have sworn there was no scrollbar there when i made the post yesterday(and for every other time i've tried to figure this out before posting), but after logging in today to check, there it was.
