Voucher Code Time Still decreasing

Hi i have tries entering a voucher that is 2 hours,  i have enables the Idle timeout (Minutes) into 5 minutes so user will be disconnected whem no using, well the problem is the time of the voucher is still decreasing,  i know that before the 2.3 version, if the user is disconnected with the Idle timeout (Minutes)they can use the same voucher again continuing their time left,

Not true, what you described is how vouchers always worked. You have to use RADIUS with accounting to get that behavior.
