      Running a LAN-party with my pfSense-router.
How to limit one clients bandwidth?

I have created Alias, Traffic Shaping In/out and Rule.
      This does not work.

      How to get it working?

This is more of a question for Traffic Shaping than firewalling. You may want to look into general shaping and bufferbloat fixes while you're at it.

          Hi,

The best solution is to use the Captive portal.
