After reading this article on blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/07/the-ghost-in-yo.html
I really get paranoid cause the ipv6 stack is integrated in the pfSense kernel. Is there a way to block the ipv6 traffic? or to use the ipv4 stack again?  ???

Unless you allow traffic it's denied. The default rules in pfSense block all IPv6. Unless you add a rule with any source, any destination and any protocol (a bad idea), IPv6 cannot pass.
