New theme

Fans of the old 2.2.x color scheme (and The Ohio State University) may like the "Compact-RED" theme that will be in the next snapshot.

It was contributed by PiBa-NL whom we thank for his work.

Thanks for this!! Just found this and am using it now. Like it very much. 8) The other default themes just have way too much whitespace for me.

I use the dark theme to eliminate the whitespace. ;)

Another option would be to wear sunglasses. 8)
