PS4 Black ops 3

HI

I have a ps4 on its own interface set to DMZ and the NAT is open but when I join a game lobby everything seems fine until people start to leave and new one join and as this goes on and on i become host but when that happens no one can join, i sit in the lobby for 5 minutes and it just searches for players, so i leave and join straight into a full lobby with no problems and then the process repeats over and over. How come i can not be host and here are some screens of my setup.
