    2.3 - Show menu on hover/rollover like in 2.2.x?

      Sorry if this has already been asked, but is it somehow possible to make the menus in 2.3.x behave more as they did in past releases? By that I mean: the top header menus drop down as you roll the mouse over them. This was more natural for me and helped my old brain find items quickly.  Now with the new method you have to click once to drop the menu down, and then click again and again to display each menu which slows things down at least for me.  Was this done for compatibility with mobile browsers?
