Maybe you should start by telling what you're trying to do because there is no such thing as "how to setup TekRadius (www.tekradius.com) to communicate and work together to pfSense?" If you're looking for help with TekRadius: this is the pfSense forum and you should look for help on the TekRadius help channels. I have seen the clog page & have found it somewhat useful.  It seems to be limited on which messages can be view @ a time.  Basically 1 of the issue I'm trying to determine why using the FQDN doesn't work for IPsec.  I got the tunnel to come right up when connecting the other end to IPCop, but then I saw in the messaging where the errors where & correct them on the spot.  CLOG isn't showing me anything useful.

thank you for our reply. just came back and it was one of the things I changed. I changed that and disabled/reenabled the traffic shaper. then the internet flow started working. thank you very much for your input.

Caution, binaries and libraries (which is what the packages contain) built on a later version may not work, or may work unpredictably, on earlier versions. There is a post containing details of the appropriate package location - somebody here took a mirror.  I don't have a link to it to hand, but I'd expect you'd find it in the Packages forum.
