Sticky Connection Tracking timeout not saved

I ticked Use sticky connections in System/Advanced/Miscellaneous, saved it. I set tracking timeout as 5 (
I've been tried any value), click save -> Press F5 and tracking timeout became 0 (default value).

I've misconfigured somewhere? or it is a bug?
