SG3100 running 2.4.5 has no upgrade options

I go to system updates, and have three options:


Selecting each of those shows status up to date. I have checked per instructions that requires upgrade of:
pkg-static info -x pfSense-upgrade

I have version pfSense-upgrade-0.84

I have tried toggling the Branch combobox to force an update of the options, but it does not change.

How can I upgrade?

Failing all else you can get 21.05 firmware from Netgate (go.netgate.com, free) and reinstall then restore your config from backup.
