SG 3100 managing carrier WAN/LAN block

Netgate 3100 hardware - software version 21.05.1

Hello all, I am looking for guidance on how to leverage publicly routable lan block for a non-managed (no router) att DIA connection. No issue with the WAN portion and the pfsense is online. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
