Is anyone using SPDYN for their dynamic DNS provider?

I use to have this working on my 5100 appliance prior to the latest version 21 via a custom string. However, this stopped working under version 21 and I noted there is now a dns provider entry available for selection for spdyn.

I setup tokens to use for authentication as spdyn provides this feature. I have these configured on my firewall with correct username and token.

However, Auth still fails and is shown in the logs. If anyone uses this DNS provider I would be interested to understand the specific setup configuration. I wanted to include more details of the logs but my posts keep getting flagged as Spam.

@nocling Thanks for that. I will give that a try.
One unusual outcome of using the spdyn profile that exists as standard is that if I save the config, the entries will save but the WebGui stops responding and eventually the browser shows 504 GW not found. Navigating again in the browser to the FW IP address, in my case just clicking on a bookmark favourite, dumps you into the pfsense main page again and the session is still active as you don't need to log in. But this happens every time I choose save or save and force update.

I am wondering if this is potentially causing some of the issues, but that seems like a very large assumption and I see no log evidence to support it.

@nocling Thanks for this, much appreciated.
Seem to have this now working stable. So far so good. The WebGui still times out when saving any Dynamic DNS configuration changes, but the changes do save correctly and updates are happening for the DNS.
