Udav driver doesn't support device it should

Following my report on the missing udav driver (http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,9100.0.html) its good to see udav support in 1.2.1

However the driver appears to be missing the patch described in http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,9100.0.html The problem was reported to FreeBSD in a PR 123211 a couple of months ago but the patch still hasn't made it into version 7 branch.

Sorry but we are at 1.2.1-RC now.  No new features can be added; only bug fixes.

We'll try to get this patch into 1.3 once the dust settles from 1.2.1.
