Can unbound work with ram disk on a full install (ssd)?

Because if I try unbound does not start because it cannot find the config file. Similar to this issue (BUT not using pfBlockerNG) https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=110791.0

I've been running unbound with ram disk enabled on full install since at least 2.2.6.  My install is i386 on USB flash drive.  No packages.

Did you have to do any special configuration to get unbound to work (I get can't find config file)?

No.  Just configured and enabled it.  Disabled DNS Forward.
