my IP shows blocked. while browsing time

Past few days to am using my pc and regularly am visited the few websites to improve my skills. Some website showing your IP is banned how can is fix it. any alternate solution for this problem.

An IP address is mostly a resource that is shared in time to different users.
Depending on what users do while using an IP, their actions can trigger defence measures on the sites they visit. Later on, when you visit the same site using the same IP, you see the issues you've been seeing.Several solutions :
If you're able to change the WAN IP you're using right now, do so.
If not possible, get a WAN IP for yourself.
If not possible, relocate yourself : go to another place, so you do not share the place any more where (common) WAN IP is 'blacklisted'.
If not possible, use a VPN - take one of those you see in every Youtube video.
Last but not least : locate those who are activated the blacklist system on the site you visit. Shut them down / make them stop.
