      Hi All, first off i am a complete noob to this device. My power hiccuped (less then 1 second) and now my 3100 will not boot. It goes through the normal blink sequence (circle then square and diamond) but then restarts. i have tried power cycling it for anywhere from 30 seconds to an hour but it had no effect. I was able to connect to the console and copy the following:

      reset_count = 7

      Hit any key to stop autoboot:

      i have tried every thing i can think of and several suggestions from this forum and a google search but nothing seems to be working.

      Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Also i should mention that this unit is less than a year old (purchased April of 2021)

      Thanks

        @bruenore You should probably open a ticket with Netgate support tell them this and ask for the image to reinstall. I'm not saying you will need to reinstall but better to have it and not need it.

        What happens after the "Hit any key to stop autoboot"? Does it sit there, does it try to boot, does it go back to the "Saving Environment to SPI Flash"?
