Has anyone tested what happens when the monitor address for both/all gateways is inaccessible? Or when packet loss above the Critical threshold setting is reached for both? I would like to think that the least lossy connection would stay online, and I could test it by setting the monitor port to two of our public addresses in the cloud, but I would rather ask here first rather than schedule an outage for testing.

I.e., what would happen if you set both monitor addresses to be the same target?

FWIW, I understand that we should figure out why there is so much packet loss, but our ISP's don't know what the problem is. Everything is good from the demarc to our firewalls. They've suggested possibly solar flares, 5G interference from new towers in the area, and rats shorting connections underground somewhere - so nothing anyone can really do anything about.

      Thanks,
      George
