SG-1100 Big error during update - Need help

The first thing to clarify, I am not a computer scientist, I have been managing since my service provider dropped the job.
I have an SG-1100 with a big problem since the update made from the web interface, I tinkered as I could to try to get everything back on track and it's even worse than before. When booting in console I get to a text "Marvell >>" and then nothing.
I made a bootable key with this file: "pfSense-CE-memstick-ADI-2.5.2-RELEASE-amd64.img" and the balenaEtcher software.
The SG-1100 does not seem to find it, I tried resets via the button provided for, applying or not 10 S / 30 S wait ect ... nothing works and I need to restart this box for my VPN and IPSEC tunnel. I can't get the usbboot command to work. I don't understand the syntax requested.

Contact Netgare support, you need an arm image to reflash it.
