hi there I was updating my SG-3100 then for some reason the process stopped in middle of the update then i had to unplugged the power cable in order to reboot but it now appears to have a booting issue since its going on a fast blue flashing light? Another thing i notice i try to update and it was telling me thats new version 21xxx something, but it failed then i tried the 2.4.5 depricatable which also failed but this time crashing the whole unit. so whats the difference between these two updates? i am sorry i just got this unit. thanks
      any recommendation?

Thus probably creating an issue on the file system.
See this video - and the many (no, more) subjects on the forum.

Remember : before you upgrade, first, do a clean reboot = Diagnostics => Reboot or better : use the console.
If possible, do this from the console access, so you can see any 'out of the common' messages.
When the system comes back up, and everything works fine, then, create a config backup.
        Then, proceed with the upgrade.

I advise you to contact support, ask for a firmware for your device, and re install from USB.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

Yes, if you just got the device and don't know it's history or have a complex config on it already then I would just reflash it with 21.05.2 clean. Open a ticket with us to get the recovery image:
