I'm in Korea and communication with Japanese server and RTT MS should be low. https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/tree/main/sys/netinet/cc I would like to know the TCP algorithm to access the lowest MS from the above address.

What latency are you seeing now? What do you expect to see?
