      Can i plug my Fibre connection directly into my PFSense router using SFP port ?

      my ISP is Virgin media fibre cable runs into router now in bridge mode, ethernet cable plugged into port 1 then runs to my PFSense router.

      am sure others have asked this but cant find anything.

          You can but you need a converter to do that.

            i will look into converters for the Hub3.0 virgin box i also need to look at 10g SFP+ card to work with PFSense.

            let the fun begin, mostly stress but am hoping for abit of fun......

              It depends what the fibre is. It's probably GPON? In which case your options are limited.
