First things first :
@jostermacedo said in NUT issue with Netgate 3100:
cyberpower
There is a condition : this list "Hardware compatibility list" should mention the UPS as supported.
I can't find 'cyberpower' ....And what is the answer to question posted in other other thread ?
Why another thread ? -

Why another thread ?First, the list includes Cyber Power UPS. Second, I thought this was a better place to ask the question (PfSense Packages, instead of Netgate Hardware) as the issue is probably related to NUT and not the hardware specific version.

Cyber Power
With a space ;)
What version ?edit :
See also NUT upsmon : at the bottom of the page you'll find a way to test.
Another test : power pfSense from another wall outlet, and connect the USB to the UPS.
Have the connection established.
Login to to the console and/or SSH.
Now remove the power from the UPS.
Check the main pfSense logs. And what show up on the console ?edit 2 :
You use probably the USB driver "usbhid-ups" : see herehttps://networkupstools.org/docs/man/usbhid-ups.html
scroll down to "Unattended shutdowns" and do what is suggested.
