Re: 7100 asking for boot device order

As in this old Topic, i have the same Issue.

my XG-7100 doesn't boot and shows the same screen

Trying to boot all devices, doesn't help

I have a replacement m2 SATA SSD here available.
But how to recover the PFSENSE "Commercial" Version?
Where can i download today in 2021 the negate boot media?

      go.netgate.com seems to be down.

Any help would be very helpfully. We are currently down with our complete infrastructure.

      Kind regards

@topperharly All you need to do is submit a support ticket for firmware access, include the serial number of the device, and they'll send you a link to the file.

@topperharly I see what you mean, looks like there's a new ticketing portal to use. You can try https://www.netgate.com/tac-support-request and see where things go. Use TAC-Lite as that is the basic support offered for any purchased Netgate Device.

Yes, we just changed ticket systems today. You can also email tac@netgate.com directly to open a ticket.
