With using the Dual core ARM Cortex A53 1.2 GHz CPU the Tempature sensor does not function inside of pFsense. Is this not useable with pFsense?

The options do not include arm processors.

Is this normal with new advanced ARM processors?

The SoC used on the 2100 and 1100 does not have a hardware temperature sensor we can read in pfSense.
That's not something that applies to all ARM devices. The 3100 does have a sensor and it's selected automatically.
