      Hi all,
its been long over due for me to join this forum. I have been learning and managing at the same time a pfsense box i built back in like 2015 and its been really great. Over time i added an AP, got rid of a few things and expanded my home network. I started using a VPN within it and it too has been great. Now I have a few questions on how to setup unbound so that i can use pfblockerng. As it stands right now, I have it enabled with forwarding mode as well. I also have Services > DNS forwarder enabled and have defined the DNS servers on the general system setting, pfblockerng shows DNSBL enabled and I'm just wondering if all seems okay from what you have read. without DNS forwarding it'll use unbound which will leak my location which I don't want, but if i use forwarder it sends it to the upstream DNS servers and my location is not leaked.. So does it make sense to use both Services > DNS resolver+Services >DNS forwarder along with the VPN? or do i not need one or the other?
