Install process went fine up till the reboot step. Selected reboot. Hit power switch. Unplugged CF card, hit power switch, absolutely nothing. Still got a green light on the motherboard, but it's like it didn't even register.

Resat ram. Unplugged sata drive. Any other troubleshooting to attempt, or did I somehow brick this thing?

No BIOS output if you spam TAB at boot?

No output if you put the CF card back in?

What image did you use on the CF to install from?

Nothing as in I dont get any fans either. There may be a chance I bricked something, but the timing is just weird.

Card in/out same result. Installed using the amd64 memstick serial.

Ah, no fans implies the PSU failed. Or the board completely self destructed!

You should get fans even with no CPU.

@stephenw10 Yeah, the timing just seems weird for the PSU to die right when I power it off after reboot.

I found two jumpers that if bridged will boot the system w/o the switch, so I'm guessing it has to deal with AT/ATX mode.

I found a pdf about a similar mobo and there's a second jumper for AT/ATX mode, so I'm not sure if I maybe lost a loose jumper when I was replacing the CPU/RAM.

I just dont know if the the jumper should be open or closed since I can't seem to find mobo docu

It's almost identical to the Lanner FW-7580. The manual for that has the jumpers documented.

@stephenw10 So there wasn't a jumper on j11 which put it into AT mode. Stealing the jumper off of the hw/software jumper jp2 seems to have gotten it working again.

No clue how I managed to do that. Since it was working before.

Hmm, it usually runs is ATX mode. It can power down etc. Maybe the power button became disconnected? There are some additional jumpers at the front of the box where the power and reset buttons would usually be but the XTM5 doesn't have IIRC. I could imagine those becoming loose, probably worth checking.
