When I pressed and held the semi-recessed power button on the front panel for 5 or even 10 seconds, nothing happened. I've factory reset the unit then tried again with no luck. The machine wouldn't do a graceful shutdown. Any suggestion is appreciated!

Do you see anything logged when you do that? Or anything on the console?

Does the button 'feel' like it's working as expected?
We have seen instances on older units where the button became jammed by the front panel. Though usually it's a failure to turn on if that happens.

@stephenw10 Nothing happened or logged. The button does feel normal.

Is this something that just started? Was the PWR button working as expected previously?

If this is in warranty you should open a ticket with us: https://www.netgate.com/tac-support-request
