IP reservation inside of DHCP reservation pool override?

so, weird question, but...
Is there a way to override PfSense from not allowing you to reserve an IP address in its DHCP pool?
Additionally, is there an easier way to assign IP reservations? like, a table or something to edit? :)

Why won't you do that?
pfSense has to ensure that each IP is unique. So it's a good way to segregate static mappings from DCHP pool.If you really want to map an IP from within your pool to a specific device for whatever reason, split the pool and skip the desired IP.
pfSense gives you the option to define multiple DHCP pools. -

having failed to practice good backup measures before doing dumb s***, i restored to a backup i THOUGHT i had made after creating a bunch of DHCP reservations... I was incorrect in the assumption that the backup was done before the DHCP reservation list was made complete (it was at about 10% of its creation)... Now, i have a bunch of devices that have static IPs, but i cant see them as they are below the pool of non-reserved addresses. The intent had been to create a full accounting of all the IoT devices on the network, assign all a static IP address, then lock down the IoT network with MAC address filtering.
NOW, because of my
f**king stupiditylack of foresight, im left with redoing all of those IP addresses. (I have a spreadsheet of the specific devices and their specific IP addresses, but not their MAC addresses (not difficult to obtain, but a little tedious.So, if theres a less tedious way to do all of this, id love to go that route...

Do you know Diagnostic > Backup & restore > Configuration restore?pfSense save all config changes you do and you can go back to any step.
You can also do that in the console menu 15, if you cannot access the GUI anymore. -
