      Hello,

I have been looking for any questions related to this topic but for some reason, it seems like that I can't find any problem related to what I was having with the netgate SG-3100.

This is about three lights on front which would normally be blue for most of the time but for some reason, there was no lights at all even I checked the back, and lights on there were still green when connecting. I was told that it has bad firmware and I need to fix it but with this problem blocking me from fixing it, I am willing to hear any solutions and tips to fix this.

Connect to the serial console and see what state it's in:

The 3 LEDs should start flashing blue during the boot sequence. If you see nothing there at all it's probably not getting that far.

        Steve

@stephenw10 Did that, and 3 LEDS didn't show any sign of blue light even I saw green light popping up at back when I reset the system as I was trying to reinstall the firmware.

And do you see anything on the serial console?
