Wireguard and SIP

Hello everyone, search gives around 350 results about 'SIP' ...
But reading the first ones didn't produce any good points on my issues so here it goes ...

I'm trying to use a service here in PT called Vodafone E-Phone'm, that's basically a VoIP service using an APP on the PC, emulating the physical IP phone.

I've done pretty much what I could find, NAT Oubund is set up to allow the outbound of UPD 5060, either on LAN and on WG_VPN addresses, the FW rules are in place, the siproxy package is installed... but I cannot use the APP.

It seems that inbound 5060 is not happening but I cannot see it being blocked...

My WG peer configs route every traffic through the VPN Tunnel .. its a 0.0.0.0/0 config.

NOTE - even using the e-phone app on lan I cannot see it working.
Can anyone help debug this issue ?
