      Hi
I tried to find (briefly, but still) some place where I could see what are the differences between CE edition and Plus. From what I understand before, the Plus edition was meant for Netgate hardware. So if it's now open for other hardware what would I get if decide to do the upgrade?

@stephenw10 Thanks. That help a little bit but it doesn't answer what are technical differences. What features in Plus that are or will be better than in CE?

@draghmar my understanding is that there won’t be immediate differences but that they would start to diverge as time goes on. Unsure if plus will get capabilities that CE won’t or if there will be a delay before plus capabilities show up in CE. Lots of things to see still and lots of people spewing FUD about it all.

I was looking for one, I think the closest thing is this:
                    https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/recipes/auth-google-gsuite.html

                    Edit: Also mentioned here: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/usermanager/ldap.html

This is an old topic I know, but there's a doc page now:

                      https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/general/plus.html

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
