stopping TXQ timed out! error

Hi

I have a 'RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller' and read in the post below there were some problems with the driver

I'm using the latest 2.6 version with SquidGuard and I'm loosing frequently access to the server and internet. In the logs I found these messages.
